- 5-10+ years PAE in commercial/corporate law, ideally with top-tier or respected boutique experience
- Solid background in M&A, structuring, and general commercial matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage matters autonomously
- A genuine interest in the entertainment, creative, or cultural sectors
- Experience in entertainment or IP law is valued but not essential
