• Mentoring and supervising a small team of junior lawyers and supporting their growth
• Contributing to business development initiatives and nurturing long-term client relationships
• Playing an active role in shaping internal processes and team culture as the firm continues to scale

• 6-12 years' PQE with solid experience in corporate transactions
• Strong technical ability and commercial judgement
• A team player with the confidence to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a growing practice
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
