Opportunity for a Legal Onboarding Specialist to join a global AI leader that's transforming the way legal teams manage contracts. This role is a great fit for someone who wants to combine their legal knowledge with client-facing, project-focused work in a fast-growing, innovative environment.You'll be supporting clients from day one, ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation of cutting-edge legal technology. Working closely with customer success teams, you'll help integrate AI solutions into existing processes and set customers up for long-term success. The client base is truly global, ranging from international law firms to in-house teams across multiple industries.What you'll be doing:

Leading and managing onboarding projects for new clients.
Working alongside Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless integration of the platform.
Building strong relationships with customers and acting as a trusted advisor.
Supporting customers in embedding the technology into their day-to-day legal processes.
Translating complex legal and technical concepts into clear, practical solutions.

About you:

Strong understanding of contract law and experience working with commercial agreements.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in building relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
Self-driven, proactive and detail-oriented, with a creative approach to problem solving.
A strong academic background - a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) is required, with a first-class result preferred.
Previous experience in a legal setting (such as paralegal or legal support) will be highly regarded.
