2+ years within Corporate Finance Professional Services, including previous experience within a Corporate Finance / Transaction Advisory/ Due Diligence / M&A Advisory position
Experience with valuations of businesses, shares, and intangible assets
Due diligence experience
Understanding of merger and acquisition advisory
Understanding or experience in capital raisings including reparation of investigating accountant's reports
Previous exposure in interpreting complex financial models
Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal
Strong organisational and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, confident and proactive
Post graduate qualifications- Master of Applied Finance, or equivalent
