- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to successful placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with client requirements.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for roles.
- Provide expert advice to clients on market trends and talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and client interactions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Proven experience in recruitment or related fields - Previously within business services industry (highly desired)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and databases.
