On Line Recruitment are looking for a Roofers and Carpenters!We have partnered with a Griffith-based construction and roofing business with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality work across the Riverina. Originally established to support in-house construction projects, the company has experienced strong growth and demand for services across the commercial and residential sectors.Our clients team takes pride in their practical, hands-on approach and strong client relationships, with projects ranging from new commercial builds and industrial sites to detailed residential extensions and re-roofing work. Operating with a mix of subcontractor crews and in-house trades and are now looking to strengthen their internal team with reliable, trade-qualified professionals.We are currently seeking experienced Roofers and Carpenters to support a growing pipeline of roofing and construction projects across Griffith and surrounding areas. You’ll work alongside a tight-knit team delivering quality workmanship, primarily on commercial builds with some residential projects as well.Whether your experience is in framing, roofing, cladding, or fit-outs — we want to hear from you.This is a company where your skills will be valued, your work will make a visible impact, and there are real opportunities to grow within a fast-developing business.Depending on your trade and skills, your work may include:

Installing metal roofing and cladding on commercial and residential buildings
Structural and framing carpentry, both timber and steel
Installation of fascia, guttering, eaves, and roof sheeting
General construction duties including framing, fit-out, and finishing
Interpreting construction plans and site specifications
Working safely at heights and using required PPE
Coordinating with supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep work flowing smoothly

To be successful in this role, you may have:

Trade qualified Carpenter or experienced Roofer (Cert III preferred but not essential)
Previous experience in commercial or residential projects
Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
White Card (mandatory)
Working at Heights ticket (or willingness to obtain)
Own tools and reliable transport
