Job descriptionJoin a thriving rent roll of 600 properties in the East, working in a dynamic team under a highly experienced Head of Department!
  • Manage routines & outgoings (8 per week)
  • Communicate with landlords & tenants
  • Use modern systems: PropertyMe, Inspection Manager & 360 tours
  • Monday to Friday only, with occasional Saturdays
  • Parking available onsite for $50 per week
  • Fun & supportive culture with team dinners & Christmas rock pool parties!
The ideal candidate:
  • Lives in the Eastern Suburbs
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence required
  • Confident in residential property management with strong communication skills
