- Be the professional, knowledgeable, reliable & trusted BOC Sales contact for the customer stakeholder(s)
- You will manage portfolio of Customers within territory
- You will identify, develop and commercialize growth opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Appropriate use of Linde provided sales tools to support Account Management process
- In addition, ensure customer stakeholder's perception of value and confidence in BOC as a solutions provider is maintained
- Increase the profitability of the portfolio through effective price & contract management, increase zone density and profitable use of product substitution
- Generate & convert leads through identifying customer business growth opportunities to grow zone cylinder holdings and/or volume density.
- Furthermore, maintain an active pipeline of opportunities ensuring all information and interactions
- Commercialize new business wins consistent with the agreed terms
- Understand, monitor and report competitor activity and market trends
- You have strong selling (business development) skills & negotiation skills
- Exercises judgement on when and how to challenge customer paradigms
- Commercial and business awareness
- Strong understanding of price management (grow margin, pricing and profit)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
