To find out more visit our website at .About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 2IC Site Manager to support the management and operational delivery of armed guarding services at the Reserve Bank of Australia, located in Craigieburn. As the second-in-charge, you will work alongside the Site Manager and will be responsible for ensuring security, safety, compliance, and high-performance standards across the site.Duties include but are not limited to:Lead and manage daily operations of the Armed Guard team.Ensure compliance with site security procedures and licencing requirements.Manage site access control and issue staff IDs.Conduct regular audits on firearms and equipment.Manage staff performance and ensure adherence to operational standards.Ensure guarding standards (presentation, conduct, compliance) are met and maintained.Act as Chief Fire Warden and respond to incidents and alarms.Liaise daily with stakeholders and support guards with operational queries.Prepare and present monthly client reports.Ideal candidates will have:Previous site experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar leadership role (highly desirable).Sound knowledge and practical experience in armed security operations and procedures (highly desirable).Proven experience in developing and delivering internal training to staff.Demonstrated ability in safety or security risk management.A professional demeanour and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.High attention to detail with excellent administrative and compliance capabilities.Ability to work under pressure and respond to critical situations calmly and effectively.Requirements:Full Australian working rights.Current Victorian Security Licence with the control room subcategory.Availability to work 7am-4pm Monday to Friday.Certificate III in Security Operations.Current Victorian Firearms Licence (or willing to obtain).Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain).Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain).
