About the Mental Health ServiceYou will be joining a public mental health service that provides specialised inpatient and community-based care, offering treatment and support to individuals and their families affected by mental health challenges.The hospital where you will be working features an acute admission and treatment unit dedicated to adult patients living with severe and complex mental illnesses. A range of inpatient and community-based programs support the delivery of care, including acute inpatient services, residential rehabilitation, crisis intervention, recovery-focused community treatment, and specialist perinatal mental health services for women and infants.This role will see you working in the inpatient psychiatric unit. To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience working with patients experiencing psychosocial mental health needs. You will be experienced in the identification and management of a range of mental health issues including psychosis, anxiety, depression, complex post-traumatic stress disorder and risk issues. You will also be willing to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment, demonstrating a compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.This is your opportunity to join a health service focused on progression of services, meeting consumer needs and delivering contemporary high-quality mental health treatment and care.Relocating to Australia?
