- Work with Business Development Managers and Operations to strengthen client relationships, retain contracts, and help grow our portfolio.
- Be the first point of contact for client queries, coordinate resolutions, and support seamless handovers.
- Assist in developing new opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Helping clients meet net zero targets.
- Keep client records accurate, up to date, and actionable.
- Partner across teams to improve processes, share ideas, and deliver outstanding client experiences.
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation)
- Proven time management and prioritisation skills
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Competence with information systems
- Ability to read contracts and think analytically
- A valid Driver's Licence
