The Role As the Planning & Reliability Superintendent, you will: Lead and mentor Maintenance Teams to achieve safety, reliability, and production targets. Oversee the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities across the HME division. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, reliability, and cost efficiency. Manage maintenance budgets, monitor parts usage, and ensure compliance with company standards. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and team collaboration across site operations. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring operational objectives are consistently met. About You You are a proactive leader with a proven background in mobile equipment maintenance planning and reliability. You thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and have the ability to lead and mentor diverse teams while ensuring safety and compliance are always prioritised. Minimum Requirements Trade Certificate in Plant Mechanics or relevant Engineering Qualification. Demonstrated success in a similar Planning, Reliability, or Superintendent role within mining. Current QLD Coal Board Medical. Current Standard 11. Drug & Alcohol Clearance Report. Current Driver's Licence. G1, G8, G9 (Mining Supervisor). G2 - RIIRIS402D (Risk Management).
