You'll manage a portfolio of personal injury claims and play a key role in supporting people through challenging times.This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Sydney, with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.What You'll Be Doing

Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims for small, medium, and large NSW employers
Accurately assessing claims and ensuring injured workers receive the correct entitlements on behalf of iCare
Communicating clearly and empathetically with all stakeholders
Prioritising your workflow to meet key timeframes and deliver a seamless experience
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver proactive case management
Providing high-quality customer service to employers, injured workers, and legislative authorities through compliant, efficient, and timely support

What You'll Bring

A passion for people and a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
Strong communication skills - you know how to listen, engage, and resolve issues effectively
A team-focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Empathy and compassion for those navigating complex, often emotional situations
The ability to analyse information and make sound, timely decisions
Experience in Workers Compensation or Personal Injury claims is highly regarded
Allied Health background? That's a bonus!
