A fast-growing, privately owned resources services business with operations across Australia. With a strong reputation for safety, performance, and innovation, the business is experiencing continued growth and requires an experienced Senior Accountant to join its Perth office, located North of the River.About the Role
This is a diverse and hands-on position that spans both management accounting and financial accounting, while working closely with the CFO. You will provide accurate financial insights, ensure compliance, and support the business as it grows.Key responsibilities include:
- Month-end close, journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting
- Preparation of management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Statutory compliance including BAS, payroll tax, and audit preparation
- Business partnering with operational managers to provide financial insights
- Driving process and system improvements across the finance function
We're looking for a degree-qualified accountant (CA/CPA or equivalent) with 8+ years' experience across both management and financial accounting. The successful candidate will be:

- Commercially astute with excellent technical accounting knowledge
- Experienced in preparing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
- Confident working with senior leadership and operational teams
