Design, deliver and evaluate tailored education programs for students, new graduate midwives and experienced midwifery staff.
Provide clinical support, mentorship and supervision to midwives in the birth suite.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align educational initiatives with clinical standards and policies.
Facilitate the orientation and onboarding of new midwifery staff.
Support quality improvement activities and ensure compliance with professional guidelines.
About You:
AHPRA registered.
Previous Midwifery Education experience desired.
Cert IV in training (as per other CNE ads at Mater) or working toward.
5 years + birth suite experience as a Registered Midwife.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
