About the company:Our client is an established structural steel company based in Brisbane who are looking to grow their team.About the Role:They are seeking an experienced Workshop leading hand who is welding certified. In your new role you would be responsible for ensuring the standard and safety of projects are met.Duties:

Liaise regularly with the workshop Manager
Fabrication ITPs daily
Ensuring all welding is up to standard and employees are adhering to safety standards
Resolve workshop related issues
Regularly updating the systems used

Experience and skills:

Welding certified
Previous experience as a lead or similar
Knowledge of Health and Safety standards
