In this role, you'll bring your passion for design and prior experience to contribute to a range of high-profile projects across various sectors.We have a number of different opportunities for you to get involved and make an impact - from conceptual design and design development to construction phase support. For those working toward registration, there is an opportunity to get valuable hands - on experience in the construction.You'll be involved in supporting the team and design process from the generation of spatial and material concepts through to detailed documentation, contributing meaningfully across all stages of project delivery.About you:We're looking for a design-driven Architect-registered or on the path to registration - who thrives in collaborative environments, approaches complex projects with creativity and precision, and brings a refined design sensibility to every project. The ideal candidate should have:
  • Strong design and documentation skills across different project stages
  • Experience working across a variety of typologies
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A growth mindset and willingness to keep learning
  • Experience coordinating with consultants and working in multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders on complex projects
  • The ability to manage your time and priorities across multiple projects
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Confident in presenting ideas, collaborating with teams, and engaging with clients
  • Full work rights in Australia at the time of application
Qualifications
  • A master's or relevant tertiary qualifications and registration in a relevant jurisdiction with knowledge of Australian standards and regulations
  • 3-5 years' post-graduate experience, working in reputable design studio
  • Proficiency in Revit, Rhino and Enscape
  • Proficiency in Revit, Rhino and Enscape. Computational design and use of emerging Ai technologies will be considered positively.
