Due to rapid and ongoing expansion we are seeking expressions of interest from qualified and experienced Engineer(s) for our River Logistics Operation.Job DescriptionWe currently have a job vacancy for an experienced and enthusiastic:Engineer onboard our River Logistics vesselSmit Lamnalco Towage is seeking expressions of interest from a qualified, experienced and enthusiastic Engineer to join our growing fleet onboard our River Logistics Vessel on a full time basis.Where appropriate, training will be provided as part of your job.QualificationsTo be considered for this opportunity applicants will hold:
  • Minimum AMSA Class 1, Class 2 or Class 3 Certificate of Competency. In the case of a Class 3, the holder most also possess a relevant trade qualification (fitter & turner, electrical fitter, diesel fitter) or other equivalent engineering trade.
  • A valid AMSA Medical
  • A valid Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC)
