
Technical Sales Representative - Distribution

- Achieve sales targets and develop new business within the assigned territory.
- Manage existing customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide product information and support to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
- Liaise with the Sales Manager to share market insights and feedback.
- Implement sales and marketing plans, including promotions and in-store activities.
- Represent Sika at industry events and trade shows.
- Manage stock levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular customer visits and store checks.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
- Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including sales and expense guidelines.
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Strong relationship building & interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 3+ years experience in an Industrial Market field OR a relevant University degree.
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM systems.
- Knowledge and experience in selling within a related industry.
