The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.We are currently searching for a Permit to Work Coordinator to join our team on the Project Ceres.   • Administer and oversee the PTW system to ensure permits are correctly issued, authorized, and closed.
  • Review permit applications for completeness, accuracy, and safety compliance.
  • Ensure appropriate risk assessments (JSA, HIRA, etc.) are attached and adequate control measures are implemented.
  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and contractors to ensure safe execution of high-risk work such as hot work, confined space entry, working at height, electrical isolation, excavation, and lifting activities.
  • Maintain a permit log and tracking system for all ongoing and completed work.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work under permit is carried out as per safety procedures and permit conditions.
What you will bring to the team:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.
  • NEBOSH IGC / OSHA Certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE or PTW coordination role in an industrial or construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Permit to Work systems and associated risk control measures.
