Impressive portfolio of clients including Blackmores, Sixt, and IKEA, we deliver projects valued up to $15m, including high-quality joinery supply and install.As we continue to grow, we're seeking an Estimator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career while working on some of Sydney's most exciting commercial projects.Salary - Dependent on experience but can range up to $230k package for the right candidateResponsibilities -

Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions across commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and construction projects.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
Assess project risks, value engineering opportunities, and provide strategic input during bid stages.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and senior leadership to support successful project delivery.
Mentor and guide junior estimators within the team.

About You:

Minimum 4+ years' experience as an Estimator on fast paced fit out projects - experience mentoring a team advantageous
Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Solid knowledge of pre-construction, procurement, and delivery processes
Full Australian working rights
