- Support strategic Integrated sales projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to developing and owning workstreams of the pursuit plan, including milestones, deliverables, and assignments using collaboration tools.
- Develop a response template aligned with client needs and manage the team, resources, and schedule to ensure timely closure of the deal.
- Actively participate in Firm groups, Growth initiatives, and Global Sales networks to build relationships and bring expertise to pursuits.
- Support identifying and proactively gather best practices from other pursuits and extended pursuit networks to assist in closing content gaps.
- Proactively participate with Sales colleagues globally to share best practices and bring world-class thinking to pursuits.
- Support logistics related to orals rehearsals and client debriefs.
- Take direction from, and flag and escalate issues to, the Sales Coach on pursuits.
- Support leadership and internal quality reviews, monitor the development of resource and pricing models, and coordinate leadership pricing and quality calls.
- Support quality review for proposal and presentation documents, design approach, and risk reviews.
- Ensure strategic messaging is represented in all deliverables.
- Support the Sales Coach and client service team in developing compelling value propositions, winning messages, and differentiated sales strategies.
- Participate in selected learning and development initiatives to build and enhance Deloitte's sales excellence capabilities.
- Take on additional responsibilities or projects as directed by leadership.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, pursuit and proposal development.
- Strong project management skills with high attention to quality and deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate and build consensus with stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of Advisory / Consulting services.
- High level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
