- Purchase of materials, equipment and consumables including co-ordination of delivery to site.
- SAP raising and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries (incl processing through VIMS)
- Prepare and maintain estimate to complete reports.
- Maintain site PEMS (Purchase and Expense Management System) records.
- Reconcile data from accounts department with site records.
- Maintain systems and procedures for contractual requirements.
- Provide administration support to the site project team.
- Wages payroll administration
- Project travel and accommodation procurer incl reconciliation of monthly statements
- R&R roster administration
- Archiving
- Liaise with the project team, internal functional support teams, client representatives, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure information flows freely and relationships are sound.
- Administer subcontract agreements, including processing of notices, progress claims, variations and extension of time requests.
- Proficient skills in computers: MS Word, Excel, Access, email etc.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
