Join Solutions+, a leading Australian ERP solutions provider, and help deliver smart, scalable solutions to a wide range of clients.As a Functional Consultant, you’ll manage multiple ERP implementation projects, contribute to solution design, and oversee junior consultants within project teams. This is a dynamic role with scope to grow into a senior leadership position.Key Outcomes of the Role
  • Deliver ERP projects aligned to project schedules and quality standards
  • Lead and participate in workshops, requirement gathering and solution design
  • Support multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision
  • Peer-review small projects and support junior consultants with complex tickets
  • Manage support tickets and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication
  • End-to-end Business Central/Nav/Wiise set-up, configuration and implementation
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will bring:
  • 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Business Central (or similar ERP)
  • Strong accounting/finance knowledge
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and business processes
  • Experience in customer-facing consulting roles
  • Ability to lead workshops, document requirements and contribute to solution design
  • A passion for mentoring junior staff and sharing your expertise
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
