Delivering an exceptional customer experience that sets us apart
Driving sales and maximising store profitability
Championing our unique Bestie culture in every decision and interaction
Leading, training, and developing a high-performing, passionate team
Creating inspiring visual merchandising from door to floor
Managing stock levels and minimising shrinkage
Collaborating closely with your Assistant Store Manager and Regional Manager to achieve shared goals

Who were looking for:

Bringing at least 3 years of leadership experience in high-volume retail environments
Demonstrating strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to drive both sales and cost efficiency
Leading and developing diverse, high-performing teams with confidence and consistency
Showing a relentless drive for success, always seeking out best practices in store operations and customer experience
Applying your creative flair to innovative retail strategies and eye-catching visual merchandising
Approaching every task with sharp attention to detail and professionalism
Thriving in a fast-paced retail environment, thanks to your excellent organisation and time management skills
