Company DescriptionAs part of KPMG’s Technology & Information Risk Management team and reporting to the National Privacy Officer, the Manager - Privacy Operations delivers subject matter expertise on privacy risk management to KPMG, providing practical, timely and commercial advice and assessments to internal stakeholders.Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities:
  • Conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)
  • Maintaining PIA register and Record of Processing Activities
  • Responding to data subject requests, complaints and privacy queries from internal stakeholders and the public
  • Managing Privacy incidents consistent with KPMG’s privacy breach response plan, and maintaining KPMG’s privacy incident register
  • Managing and compiling responses to internal and external auditors
  • Ensuring compliance with internal privacy and risk management policies, procedures and directives
  • Monitoring compliance with KPMG’s documented privacy obligations and the efficacy of control
  • Providing bespoke privacy training to KPMG staff and overseeing and informing mandatory privacy training for all KPMG staff and privacy awareness week activities

Qualifications
  • Operational privacy experience
  • Strong time management, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • CIPM or legal qualification desirable
