- Assist in managing referrals and bookings for basic home maintenance and minor modifications.
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting documentation.
- Coordinate staff rosters to ensure continuity of service delivery.
- Monitor equipment, report defects, and schedule repairs.
- Support data entry and administrative processes for the Home Maintenance program.
- Contribute to safety and quality initiatives, including child safeguarding practices and WHS compliance.
- Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in providing administrative support within a service delivery environment.
- Proficiency in office systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, iPM, and Finance 1.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with staff and clients.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Sound judgment, initiative, and discretion in a team setting.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
