- Managing the Director's diary, inbox, and day-to-day commitments.
- Screening candidate CVs and conducting initial phone interviews.
- Providing candidates with regular updates on their applications and interview progress.
- Coordinating interviews, preparing candidates with briefs, and managing follow-ups.
- Conducting reference checks and handling compliance administration.
- Maintaining the CRM with accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines.
- Preparing candidate reports and shortlists that directly influence placements.
- Assisting with marketing campaigns, social media activity, and brand projects.
- Supporting the Director at VIP events, public functions, and industry conferences.
- Travelling nationally and internationally to client meetings, luxury events, and industry functions.
- Confidence and composure, able to handle attention, pressure, and the spotlight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Immaculate grooming and professional presentation at all times.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High energy, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savviness, confident with Microsoft Office, Gmail, CRM systems, and job boards.
- A hunger to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in recruitment.
- Previous experience in administration, sales, customer service, or hospitality (desirable but not essential).
- A current Australian Driver's Licence and ability to travel nationally and overseas.
