  • Developing and managing strategic business plans to achieve sales revenue and quota targets across Partner accounts.
  • Collaborating with Partners to understand their needs and recommending tailored products, services, and upgrades to drive revenue growth.
  • Driving additional business opportunities within the existing portfolio while managing income and expense budgets.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between Partners and the organisation to ensure optimal service levels and strategic alignment.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, monitoring performance via Salesforce KPIs, and implementing retention and growth strategies.
About you
  • Proven experience in the financial services industry, with a strong track record of managing client accounts.
  • Strong ability to identify, pursue, and close business development opportunities aligned with market and Partner needs.
  • Solid understanding of insurance products and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships and delivering engaging presentations
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
