- Developing and managing strategic business plans to achieve sales revenue and quota targets across Partner accounts.
- Collaborating with Partners to understand their needs and recommending tailored products, services, and upgrades to drive revenue growth.
- Driving additional business opportunities within the existing portfolio while managing income and expense budgets.
- Acting as the primary liaison between Partners and the organisation to ensure optimal service levels and strategic alignment.
- Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, monitoring performance via Salesforce KPIs, and implementing retention and growth strategies.
- Proven experience in the financial services industry, with a strong track record of managing client accounts.
- Strong ability to identify, pursue, and close business development opportunities aligned with market and Partner needs.
- Solid understanding of insurance products and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships and delivering engaging presentations
