Known for delivering high-quality products and reliable service, we support both everyday consumers and trade professionals with practical, innovative solutions.An exciting opportunity has opened up in thier Burnley corporate office for a Transport Dispatch Coordinator to join thier dynamic outbound transport team.What's in it for you?
  • Ongoing work Monday to Friday
  • Pay rate: $45 per hour
  • Hours range from 6am - 2pm, 8am - 4pm and 12pm - 8pm with weekend work on offer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Route and allocate delivery runs
  • Provide track and trace updates
  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues
  • Update and maintain accurate records of transport activities
  • Monitor compliance with safety standards, company policies, and legal requirements
  • Problem solving and driver support
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in transport allocation / scheduling
  • Understanding of timber and hardware home delivery sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Freight Management system
  • Customer-facing logistics/distribution experience
  • Strong computer and time management skills
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills
