You will play a key role in driving financial strategy, ensuring robust controls, and delivering insightful reporting, while providing strong guidance to a dedicated and evolving finance team.

Monitor and Report Financial Performance, including compliance and controls across multi-site businesses
Build and mentor a high-performance finance team fostering continuous improvement and innovation
Oversee audit, tax and regulatory compliance, ensuring strong governance
Enhance financial performance by streamlining processes and leveraging technology to drive efficiency and accuracy
Lead all budget and forecasting processes to support strategic decision making and future organisational planning

Your ProfileYou are a finance leader first and foremost - technically proficient, strategically minded, and people-focused. You understand that leading a team goes beyond managing the day-to-day, it's about investing in your team's development and nurturing their potential for future success.Key Criteria:

CA or CPA qualified with a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
Proven track record in developing finance teams
Strong technical accounting and financial modelling experience
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in financial management roles, ideally in a mid-sized, complex organisation
Payroll oversight and operational knowledge
Strategic and commercial acumen, with a hands-on approach to problem solving
