Provide supervision and leadership to effectively assess, plan, manage and evaluate client outcomes within the Gympie Cultural Healing Program
Work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients who have complex mental health conditions, ensuring culturally appropriate care is provided, and maintaining wellness
Work from a holistic cultural perspective to ensure consumers participate in decisions about their health care and improve their own health outcomes

Under section 25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld), it is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.Remuneration value up to $115 604 p.a., comprising salary between $107 960 - $115 604 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6(1)). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
