We're looking for a qualified Mechanical Fitter to hit the ground running at our industry-leading mushroom growing facility in Monarto.As part of a small and supportive maintenance team, you'll play a key role in keeping our state-of-the-art operation running smoothly 52 weeks a year. From scheduled maintenance to urgent repairs, no two days are the same - and your problem-solving skills will make a real impact.What You'll Do
  • Carry out preventative and programmed maintenance
  • Respond to breakdowns and complete daily repairs to plant and machinery
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain spare parts and stock levels
  • Work collaboratively to minimise downtime
  • Follow OHS&E policies and ensure a safe workplace
What We're Looking ForYou're a motivated, hands-on team player with the ability to work independently when needed. You'll bring a positive, can-do attitude and strong fault-finding skills, along with:
  • A trade qualification (or higher)
  • Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance
  • A current C Class driver's licence
  • B Class licence (preferred)
