Senior Systems Administrator

- Deploy and manage SOEs using MECM/SCCM (OS deployment, application packaging, software updates).
- Support and administer Windows 10/11, Active Directory (Group Policy), and Horizon VDI environments.
- Maintain and enhance desktop operating system images across physical and virtual platforms.
- Provide expert technical support and advice in an enterprise environment.
- Contribute to projects including customer onboarding, solution design, and piloting new technologies.
- Mentor junior staff and drive improvements across infrastructure, processes, and tools.
- Proven experience with MECM/SCCM for enterprise SOE deployment and management.
- Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
- Skilled in supporting Windows 10/11 and virtual desktop environments.
- Experience with ITSM/ITIL processes (change, incident, and problem management – ideally ServiceNow).
- Highly regarded: Microsoft 365 tenant administration, Windows Server, PowerShell scripting.
- Work on enterprise-scale SOE projects that support critical government services.
- Brisbane CBD location, with hybrid work options available.
