This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity, ideal for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You'll play a key role in sourcing top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering a seamless recruitment experience.

Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation and onboarding.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure compliance with Linfox standards.
Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and industry networks.

Previous experience in talent acquisition, ideally in blue-collar/trade or agency settings.
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes.
Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
