
Campaign Specialist

- Liaise with internal stakeholders and partners to shape clear campaign briefs
- Confirm objectives, target audiences, offer construct, and timing
- Ensure campaign requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with business goals
- Take the campaign to Flybuys Governance forum for approval
- Build and validate campaign targeting logic (Adobe Campaign)
- Collaborate with partners and data teams where needed to define audience rules and exclusions
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, opt-outs, and targeting guidelines
- Coordinate partner approvals for audience segmentation and sizing
- Liaise with Studio on creative development
- Build personalised emails using Braze, including dynamic content and logic
- Apply templates, copy, offers, and images as per campaign brief
- Setup the offer(s)
- Coordinate with Legal team for review and approval
- Conduct QA to ensure campaign accuracy across content, audience, tracking and rendering
- Coordinate partner reviews and approval
- Coordinate test sends
- Schedule and launch campaigns, ensuring deliverability and send-time requirements are met
- Monitor campaign performance and flag any delivery or tracking issues
- Document key metrics post-launch and assist in reporting where needed
- Provide post campaign analysis to ensure the campaign is performing against targets
- Work with partners and internal teams to resolve campaign or partner related issues
- Participate in recurring partner progress (work-in-progress) sessions
- Retail and/or loyalty marketing experience desirable
- Braze coding experience essential
- Experience in Adobe Campaign
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and lifecycle campaign execution
- Experience building campaigns with personalised and dynamic content
- Comfortable working with targeting logic, segmentation, and data-driven campaign rules
- Experience with QA processes, test sends, and campaign tracking set-up
- Collaboration, Problem Solving and Team Orientated

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns with competing deadlines
