📍 Melbourne CBD LocationWhat You’ll Be Doing

Campaign Strategy & Planning

Develop and scope retention campaigns aligned with go-to-market strategies across BTL 1:1 customer marketing channels

Creative Development

Define audience segments, messaging, creative requirements, and performance metrics.

Campaign Execution

Launch and manage campaigns across all channels, working closely with delivery and media teams.

Agency Collaboration

Brief and manage creative agencies to ensure timely delivery and budget alignment.

Performance & Insights

Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and analytics and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement

Communicate campaign plans and progress across business and marketing teams.

Brand & Compliance

Ensure all communications align with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with legal, regulatory, and strategic teams to deliver compliant and impactful campaigns.What You’ll Bring

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in BTL 1:1 customer marketing and campaign management either in retention or cross-sell activity.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with campaign performance metrics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a dynamic environment.
A passion for customer-first marketing and continuous improvement.
Job share experience preferred however not mandatory
