🕒 Immediate Start | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pmAn opportunity is available for an experienced Accounts Officer to support a well-regarded aged care organisation on a 4-6-week temporary assignment. This is a leave cover role with a thorough 4-week handover and a highly supportive team on site.Key Responsibilities
- Process client invoicing, ensuring accuracy and completeness (training provided)
- Handle accounts payable, including purchasing, receipt matching, and data entry
- Customer Service in liaising with clients to follow up information
- Work across multiple systems including PROCURA, THEREFORE, PAYGLOBAL, and ARYAN
- Manage a centralised finance inbox and contribute to smooth workflow
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure continuity during leave coverage
- Set hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
- Full handover and ongoing supervision from an experienced team leader
- Free onsite parking

- Exposure to the aged care sector or similar service-based industries preferred
