This great locals venue, located on the Northern Beaches, is part of a growing group that is focused on quality food and beverage.The Role
Assisting the head chef to ensure that the kitchen and each service run smoothly and each dish is put out in a consistent and quality fashion.YouTo be successful in your application, you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef within a busy pub or A la Carte dining atmosphere.
- Strong abilities in training, mentoring and developing young chefs for Sous position.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Passion for creating quality and consistency in every plate put out
- Have worked across all sections and ideally some good skills on pans and grill
- The want to grow and develop your career
