Lead functional activities for a full project lifecycle, from discovery and design to configuration and go-live for an SAP SuccessFactors implementation for a NSW government client.What you will be doing:
- Provide expert advice on SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially recruitment and onboarding.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance HR business processes using SuccessFactors functionality.
- Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting issues, and managing system updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with an array of stakeholders including external SI partners.
- Participating in the full project life cycle for multiple SuccessFactors projects.
- Public sector experience would be advantageous but not essential.
