- Design innovative collaboration frameworks with content creators, from content partnership to affiliate marketing campaigns
- Measure and optimize campaign performance and ROI
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with content creators
- Identify and evaluate strategic B2B partnership opportunities
- Negotiate and manage collaborative marketing agreements
- Track and report partnership performance metrics
- Create scalable partnership ecosystem
- Conduct competitive market research
- Monitor emerging digital marketing trends in Australian fintech
- 2+ years business development or partnerships experience in Australian market
- Strong project management capabilities
- Highly adaptable and able to collaborate with cross functional global teams
- Experience in KOL and influencer marketing (social media agency experience welcome)
- Financial services and fintech industry experience
- Good understanding of Australian digital ecosystem
