
Delivery Lead

- Provide delivery leadership across a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead the implementation of projects, collaborating with program managers, product owners and subject matter experts.
- Define detailed change impact assessments for data, system and application functions.
- Manage project budgets of up to $5 million, ensuring delivery within scope, time and quality expectations.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint and release planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
- Guide teams through their Agile journey, supporting continuous improvement and adoption.
- Engage with Change Leads and Program Managers to support change management initiatives.
- Contribute to reporting and decision-making through analysis, research, and provision of operational insights.
- Share best practices across the project delivery portfolio to continuously enhance delivery capability at Uniting.
- Promote safe and inclusive work practices in alignment with Uniting’s WH&S and diversity policies.
- Participate in team operating rhythms and provide regular progress updates.
- Support the development and refinement of project delivery frameworks and methodologies.
- Proven track record in delivering complex software solutions and managing cross-functional project teams.
- Strong experience with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies in large-scale environments.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, standups, release planning, reviews, retros, demos and backlog grooming.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
- Excellent analytical, planning and organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA.
- Able to navigate ambiguity and work collaboratively in dynamic environments.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field.
- Agile certification (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe).
- Experience working in the not-for-profit or community services sector.
- Familiarity with enterprise-wide implementations and change initiatives.
