The Product Developer supports product, process and quality improvement initiatives. This role is key in driving cost reduction, operational efficiency and product innovation while ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance.About You:With an innovative mindset, you will be a technical expert of your category and have a methodical and process support approach, with the ability to be hands-on in manufacturing all the way to a more strategic holistic outlook when managing the product category and consumer demands.Your role includes product development and process improvement, quality, compliance and food safety, cross functional collaboration and technical support as well as project management.You'll Bring:

Tertiary qualification in Food Science/Food Technology or other relevant science discipline
Previous experience in product development, R&D, QA, operations or food technology within the food industry
Hands-on experience with trials (pilot, kitchen or factory) sensory evaluation and production troubleshooting
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
