Our client is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to oversee a significant focus on refreshing physical sites and new buildings scheduled for completion in the next 12 months. The role will lead and oversee all aspects of planning development and implementation across a program of capital works including working with project leads in preparing project plans and establishing project governance. You will be responsible for leading a program of sub projects spanning the full continuum of initiation, design, procurement and delivery, identifying interdependencies with resources to meet project objectives. You will lead a small team of project managers and manage complex transition and delivery workstreams across functions such as full-stack development, integration, accounting and finance.Suitable candidates will have a proven track record working with demanding stakeholders and be highly resilient and adaptable. You will have a degree qualification in either engineering, architecture, construction management or a related field. You will have significant experience leading in delivering multiple and complex projects at portfolio or program level within time and budget. You will have experience in large commercial workplace transformation projects includer user needs analysis and change management in the public or private sector within governance protocols.
