- Work Across Cultures - Collaborate closely with Traditional Owners, rangers, ecologists and remote communities in West Arnhem Land.

- A strong commitment to Aboriginal leadership, self-determination, and caring for country
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in environmental management, Indigenous studies, evaluation, or a related field
- Experience working respectfully with Aboriginal people, particularly in remote or cross-cultural settings
- Strong skills in coordinating meetings, workshops or community engagement sessions
- Confidence working with data - from collection to analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to prepare reports and presentations for diverse audiences
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple projects
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and cloud-based data systems (experience with MERI frameworks a bonus)
- A manual driver's licence, willingness to travel regularly to remote communities, and the ability to operate 4WD vehicles
- An Ochre Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain one
- Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Super + Salary Sacrifice
