The division employs more than 3600 team members.About the role:We're all about pushing boundaries and embracing innovation. As a SAP Basis Administrator, you will play a key role in our IT team, where you'll be at the forefront of driving our SAP initiatives forward. Reporting to the SAP Business Lead, with a supportive team by your side and exciting projects on the horizon, this is your chance to make a real impact.You'll be the go-to expert for all things SAP. From designing and implementing optimal system configurations to troubleshooting issues and ensuring maximum performance, you'll be the backbone of our SAP landscape. You'll also play a pivotal role in project deliveries, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth sailing from start to finish.Please note, 24/7 on-call support and working outside of business hours maybe required.

Design and implement optimal SAP configurations for peak performance.
Maintain system performance through strategic tuning strategies.
Monitor SAP systems and troubleshoot issues using your expert toolkit.
Participate in project planning and implementation, ensuring timely delivery.
Liaise with both internal teams and external vendors to keep everyone in the loop.
Keep documentation up to date to ensure transparency and efficiency.

What you'll bring:

Extensive experience in SAP Basis administration, with a focus on SAP ABAP and SAP Java stacks.
Extensive experience with SAP ECC, SAP S4HANA, and other SAP modules.
Strong database administration skills, particularly in MSSQL and SAP HANA.
Bonus points for experience with SAP BTP (Cloud) and Cloud hyper scalers.
Ability to document SAP processes, procedures and plans including changes, upgrades and new services.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Tertiary qualifications in relevant field.
