At McCain, our purpose is to celebrate real connections, through delicious planet-friendly food, with those that are important to us.In this important and highly valued role, reporting directly to the Training Manager ANZ, the Learning & Development Administrator will support our fabulous team with all administration functions.The L&D Administrator will work to ensure consistency and standardisation of Learning and Development practice and governance in records and people systems management. They also work closely with other site functions to source information and data which will enhance training processes and learning initiatives.This is a 24 month Fixed Term Contract.About the role
  • Provide general administrative support to the McCain ANZ Learning & Development team
  • Use your logistical and systems expertise for the organisation of training courses, programs and events
  • Be the key stakeholder for assistance and queries
  • Creating valuable learning items and curriculums
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive Learning Management System
  • Entering training records into SAP SuccessFactors LMS to supply workable reports
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining reports and data analysis
  • Work closely with other departments and global working groups to ensure data accuracy
  • Developing and implementing system upgrades and new features
  • Coordinating with external vendors regarding system maintenance and support
  • Maintain McCain employee training records in the Learning Management system and other data management tools
  • Provide regular and timely reporting to the Training Manager ANZ and plant leadership teams
  • Support the lean manufacturing program - MDI
About you
  • Possess a strong work ethic and exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Highly capable in stakeholder management, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to proactively review administrative processes and build efficiencies to improve
  • Demonstrated competence in computer skills, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Ability to adapt to new systems - experience with SuccessFactors and LMS is highly desirable
  • Capable of working in an autonomous role without supervision
  • Alignment with McCain values - family, authentic, quality and trusted
  • Minimum of 3 years administration or customer service experience
  • An understanding of a manufacturing environment and Learning and Development processes would be valuable
