We ensure diversity is celebrated for the opportunity it provides us all to learn and grow and deliver better outcomes for members.Your new role:The role of the Senior Learning & Development Consultant will be responsible for the development and execution of learning and talent initiatives that support an uplift in the capability of colleagues at the Fund. This role will scope, design, develop and implement learning solutions to meet business objectives and align with key priorities.Key duties include but are not limited to:
  • Implement development initiatives across the Fund.
  • Design and implement highly effective, results driven colleague development.
  • Support the Quality Review process for learning and development programs.
  • Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of professional development programs delivered online, face to face, virtual or blended. Includes leadership development programs.
  • Facilitation of workshops and learning activities such as learning circles and communities of practice to support continuous learning across the Fund.
  • Design and develop continuous learning pathways and performance support tools.
  • Build and develop effective relationships with all levels of the Fund including key stakeholders, people leaders, subject matter experts and colleagues.
What you'll need:
  • Excellent facilitation skills that engage audiences and enhance the transfer of learning.
  • Experience creating learning programs from analysis to evaluation.
  • Proven skills in instructional design for digital, blended and face to face delivery.
  • Strong project management skills including scoping, and identification of key milestones and deliverables.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication/ interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives, and issues to senior management.
  • Extensive experience in working under pressure, setting and managing conflicting priorities and meeting specified timeframes.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional relationship building and influencing skills at an executive level.
