- Implement development initiatives across the Fund.
- Design and implement highly effective, results driven colleague development.
- Support the Quality Review process for learning and development programs.
- Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of professional development programs delivered online, face to face, virtual or blended. Includes leadership development programs.
- Facilitation of workshops and learning activities such as learning circles and communities of practice to support continuous learning across the Fund.
- Design and develop continuous learning pathways and performance support tools.
- Build and develop effective relationships with all levels of the Fund including key stakeholders, people leaders, subject matter experts and colleagues.
- Excellent facilitation skills that engage audiences and enhance the transfer of learning.
- Experience creating learning programs from analysis to evaluation.
- Proven skills in instructional design for digital, blended and face to face delivery.
- Strong project management skills including scoping, and identification of key milestones and deliverables.
- Well-developed written and oral communication/ interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives, and issues to senior management.
- Extensive experience in working under pressure, setting and managing conflicting priorities and meeting specified timeframes.
- Coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Exceptional relationship building and influencing skills at an executive level.
