RoleAs a Solution Architect, you will lead the delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient identity and integration solutions for strategic projects. This role includes a strong focus on security by design, ensuring end-to-end protection of identity, data, and system boundaries while delivering on business value and user-centric outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Architecture
Define and maintain current and future state architectures for identity and integration platforms.
Provide architectural leadership with a focus on secure authentication, access control, and data protection.
Drive architectural decisions that balance usability, scalability, and cybersecurity principles.
Project Engagement & Delivery
Provide oversight for secure solution implementation in agile delivery squads.
Ensure compliance with security best practices including DevSecOps, secure SDLC, and zero trust principles.
Presales & Client Advisory
Support presales activities with security-aligned solution proposals.
Communicate the business value of secure architectural designs to client executives.
Mentoring & Practice Development
Mentor consultants in identity, integration, and secure solution design.

Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum 10 years in IT, with 5+ years in identity/integration architecture.
Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure B2C is desired.
Strong knowledge of OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, identity federation, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and password less authentication methods.
Understanding of identity security best practices, including identity protection and risk[1]based conditional access.
Strong understanding of compliance and data privacy regulations relevant to CIAM implementations.
Demonstrated track record in delivering secure, high-trust, and compliant solutions.
Expertise in secure APIs and encryption.
Familiar with CI/CD, agile delivery, and DevSecOps automation.
Exception written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level presentation
