- Supporting the two Client Managers in the provision of client information;
- Preparing and distributing accurate client related documentation and presentations to support client meetings, as well as prospective client engagements;
- Attending and presenting to client and stakeholder meetings regarding VFMC’s investment portfolios, approach to stewardship and investment outlook;
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate client records, files and databases with a high degree of data integrity;
- Answering a range of client queries in a professional manner;
- Supporting the client onboarding process including investment policy and objectives guidance, VFMC investment option selection and the provision of portfolio modelling analytics to Pooled Fund clients;
- Undertaking internal reporting activities;
- Supporting the Investment and Client Services teams to prepare investment performance commentary and other presentations for clients;
- Contributing to the coordination of client forums and other events, and enhancing VFMC’s reputation as a centre of investment excellence amongst the wider investment community
- Understanding of capital markets, multi-asset class knowledge and institutional portfolio construction.
- A tertiary qualification in commerce/economics/accounting and postgraduate study or CFA will be highly regarded;
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, (written and verbal) with the ability to assist with the production and presentation of performance reports, RFPs and presentations for external audiences;
- Experience across client management, relationship building and stakeholder management;
- Experience working with institutional clients highly regarded;
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- A highly analytical, collaborative team player with a strong work ethic who works productively and communicates well as part of a team;
- You are a problem solver who can work autonomously and are motivated to find solutions for clients;
- A commitment to working in a ‘for purpose’ organisation is essential.
